Warranty, Refunds, and Cancellation

  • Warranty
    • The warranty period for the Grow Laser 272 is 3 years and 1 year for the Repair  Laser 82 from the date of purchase.
    • Repair or replacement will be carried out either by the company or its authorized service center.

     Warranty is considered void if:

    • This sophisticated product is not operated as per instructions given in the user manual
    • Defects are caused by improper or reckless use or not stored properly. In a normal environment or condition.
    • Modifications or alterations have been made to the product or if the product has been tampered with in any manner whatsoever,
    • Repairs to the product are carried out by anyone other than an authorized company representative.
    • For defects other than faulty parts or workmanship such as damage due to lightning, abnormal fluctuating voltage spillages, dust, accidental damage, etc.
    • Used for any non-domestic purpose or used for any other purpose other than it is intended for.
    • If resold/transferred by any registered customer/patient/consumer to any third party.
    • All expenses incurred in dropping & collecting the units or its any part/s or accessories thereof from the customer service center will be borne by the company.
    • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase from the company or its authorized distributors/dealers/stores only.
    • .Units or its parts repaired or replaced under this warranty are applicable only for the remainder of the original warranty period.se. No fresh or extension of the warranty period shall commence for the said repaired/replaced unit or its any parts.
    • Please contact Hairsmart customer care to know the details of its authorized service centers, at the time.
    • The decision of the company is final & binding on all members out of this warranty.
    • The warranty policy/period may change without notice.

  • Refunds: HairSmart Six month satisfaction guarantee

  • HairSmart Grow Laser 272 and HairSmart Repair Laser 82 both come with a 6-month satisfaction guarantee. This means if you are not satisfied with the results you have received we will refund 100% of your net purchase price less a restocking fee of 20%. 

    To be eligible for this six-month satisfaction guarantee you must take progress pictures before starting treatment and then at monthly intervals and submit to support@myhairsmart.in every month. To learn about how to take pictures visit https://myhairsmart.in/pages/before-after .  Please note you cannot take all the pictures at once, they will not be admissible since we are looking for monthly progression.


  • Cancellation 

  • Cancellation by HairSmart - If HairSmart suspects any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the Site, HairSmart at its sole discretion could cancel such orders. HairSmart will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
